Hardwood, LVP, or tile — which should I choose?

Hardwood gives the best resale value, LVP is the most waterproof and pet-friendly, and tile wins in wet areas. We'll walk through the trade-offs for each room in your home.

Can you install over my existing floor?

Sometimes — LVP can float over sound, flat tile or vinyl. We test flatness and moisture first and tell you honestly if tearing out is the better long-term call.
